At LOMI Studio, we believe in full transparency when it comes to shipping. Below you’ll find all the important details about how and when your order will arrive.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once it has been shipped.

Please note: processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-demand periods, but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Origin

All our products are carefully packed and shipped directly from our production and logistics partners in China.
This allows us to offer high-quality designs at fair prices while maintaining consistent product availability.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on:

  • Your exact location

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Local delivery conditions

If any delay occurs, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
If express shipping options are available, these will be shown (with cost) before completing your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

6. Customs and Import Taxes

International shipments (including those sent to EU countries) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

While delays are rare, they can sometimes occur due to customs or courier issues.
