You can return any product within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason.
Items must be returned in original condition — unused, unassembled, and preferably in their original packaging.

If the product was damaged or faulty upon arrival due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.

2. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, and within the time frame allowed for cancellations as stated on our website, you may do so without any charges.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is initiated by the customer (for reasons other than defect or damage), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The cost may vary depending on the chosen carrier.

We will provide you with the return instructions and, if applicable, arrange a pickup service.

5. Refund Processing
